Hello,

I'm proud to announce that we now have a baby girl (a "flicka" in Swedish). Kajsa Renée was born just before midnight on Friday, May 23. Kajsa is a Swedish name -- we pronounce it like kay-sah, although the Swedes pronounce it more like kai-sah (sort of like Cairo, Egypt). Both Kajsa and Sara are doing fine. If I remember the measurements correctly, Kajsa was 4.38 kg (about 9.6 pounds) and 52 cm (20.5 in).

I haven't gotten the film developed, and the place we take it won't be open until Monday, so there won't be pictures on our web page until probably Monday afternoon. [The picture is no longer available - 2004-12-20] It's in Swedish, but easy enough to figure it out.

We'll hopefully have more to say soon, but right now I have to get back to the hospital.
